1. | Bill Doran (29-12-2010 05:14:34) Such a sad end for a super little aeroplane. I Flew as a flight engineer with Anglo Cargo Airlines on the B707,s, But as I also have a ground engineers licence I looked after this aircraft for a few weeks in Brussels on DHL contract and in Soesteburg Holland after the first Gulf War. She was a good little worker and kept our old company afloat doing horse charters and night parcelfreight. She was called "The Lady Dot" after a lovely lady who worked in our 'Ops' department. Formerly registered G-TOMO (after the owners of Anglo Cargo Airlines, Terry Oldham and Maggie Oldham ).Still the most fun company I have worked for and Terry was an absolute delight to work for. If anyone knows where he is now please feel free to email me on billdoran@virgin.net.
