N428AA This is my 200th pic in the database and I wanted it to be a special one. Historical day for aviation in Puerto Rico. Seen here for the first time ever in Puertorican soil, an AA MD-82. This aircraft was donated by AAL to the Miguel Such Vocational school for their mechanic aviation school as a resource for practice. Aircraft seen here sitting at one of the closed runways of ex-Roosevelt Roads Naval Base and will spend the rest of its lifetime in this airport at the eastern tip of Puerto Rico, congrats to everyone involved in this magnificent project! Felicidades! (more of N428AA)
