2699 On display at IWM London. This B.E.2c was probably built around 1916. By Feb. 1917 it was on the strength of No. 50 Home Defence Sqn., Royal Flying Corps at Dover to intercept Zeppelins . It went on to two Night Training Squadrons and to No. 51 Sqn. RAF in Norfolk. After a forced landing, it was withdrawn from use and transferred to the museum in Sept. 1919. (more of 2699)
