OE-LNL built in 2000 named "Romy Schneider" and delivered to Lauda Air, in late 2003 the US Navy leased this aircraft for flight training purposes and registered it N743NV. After six years of service with the US Navy the aircraft returned to Austria in 2009, was painted into Austrian colors and named "Kahlenberg". Now - after only three years of service with Austrian Airlines, its end is coming closer - sistership OE-LNM has already been flown to England to be scrapped and now "November Lima" is most probably awaiting the same destiny as the entire Austrian 737 fleet is going to be replaced by the A320-Family (mehr von OE-LNL)
