Approaching LIPB on the LOC / DME APP RWY 01. One of the steepest approaches in Europe. You can see the "Autostrada del Brennero" and the river Etsch. In the background the City of Bolzano.
When turning on final for RWY 05 at EDDH we overflew EDHI at a height of 2500ft. I spotted 4 A380, a Tiger Airways A320 and an OLT F100. Sorry for the dull weather, but we arrived before the thunderstorms crossed Hamburg.

Final approach RWY 19 at Oradea. It´s a one RWY, one TWY one apron airport. OMR is served by 3 sheduled flights / day. On the right hand side several Wilgas are working to get the contestants of the "Romanian Challenge Cup 2010" up in the air.
EW-40931 Welcome to AN-2 country. Grodno is home of at least 8 AN-2 visible in the picture, being used for Agro and Utility flights. 4 of which with engines mounted and 4 with engines being removed for maintenance. Visible in the background are the abandoned / unfinished terminal building and to the left of it the airportadministration-building. The actual curiosity within this picture being the first AN-2 on right hand side of the same age as the Piper PA42-1000 in the backgound between the AN-2 lineup. (mehr von EW-40931)
